Every person I interacted with from the check in desk to the nurses who did my work up to the doctor himself were efficient and kind. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because regardless of whether you get your parking validated, you still have to pay if you are parked for over an hour which is a bummer. But if this practice stood alone in a separate building with free parking it would definitely get a 5 star from me!

Dr Williams at Katzen Eye Group is Amazing. He is the Best. He takes his time and explain every part of the exam, making sure you are very much aware and understand your eyes. Very Much Professional and Polite.

Dr Golub is the best. Knowledgeable and she she gives good advise about the medicines you take. Easy to talk to. I’ve been with her for more than 15 years.

Dr. Charles Edwards II is by far, the best doctor I've had concerning my back issues. Multiple prior back surgeries with no success and made conditions worse. Decided to take a chance with Dr. Charles Edwards II after a friend spoke highly of him and was blown away with his professionalism, taking time to sit down and go over every detail of my MRI and a plan forward. Every other doctor was pushing for a spinal fusion and he decided to do decompression surgery on my L4 and L5. Within days I felt new again and kind of forgot how it felt to be myself after 7 years of chronic pain. Weaning off meds now and he's confident I will be off all of them soon enough. The staff was just as professional and kept me calm during this process.

Tracy at the call center provided excellent customer service re-evaluated my appointment type and expedited getting me in. Kind, polite and professional Nicole Parmlee went out of her way to help evaluate my insurance providers. Very kind, polite and professional. Mary did my evaluation and Dr. Williams was my doctor. This was my first time at Katzen and I was very impressed with the quality and type of care I received. Excellent customer service and customer experience. I would suggest anyone needing eye to visit this office. They have multiple levels of service. My Aunt goes to one of the specialist who is also outstanding.

Dr. Edwards and his staff are an amazing group of people. My husband has had several surgeries preformed by Dr. Edwards, Sr. and each surgery has been very successful. A very caring surgeon. We will never go anywhere else and his son is also a surgeon at the Spine Center.

I had minimally invasive spinal surgery on L4 & L5 6/30/2005, I would recommend Dr. Charles Edwards II to anyone, Would Dr & Staff Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a major surgery.

From my consultation to my day of surgery every encounter with Dr. Park and his staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Park did not want to "put a bandaid" on my situation. He chose the best treatment option for me which was surgery. Others in my position agreed. They had been with Drs. Whom gave them a "run around" with injections and non surgical means that didn't meet their needs. I would highly recommend Mercy for ANY of your healthcare needs but especially the Spine Center! I can walk again and am pain free! Thank you Dr. Park and staff!!

The entire staff is amazing. Dr. Edwards II and his entire team provide top notch care. They made a scary surgery very easy and have been there for me every step of the way.
